The coaching process will also harness the power of the Flippen profiling tool which plots you against 30 proven key leadership traits, and identifies to top 3 constraints that are holding you back as a leader. You’ll also receive your very own 35-page report you can take away and refer to during the coaching.

The Flippen profile is about self-awareness, self-control and ultimately self-direction for you as a leader.  The completed profile will give you an accurate picture of yourself, based on what you think of yourself and also on the beliefs of others around you! As part of the coaching program you will use the 360o model so you can select 6 people you work with or manage on a day-to-day basis to give you feedback. This process alone has enabled people to make significant changes in how they operate.
