Paul Avins This programme is ideal for business owners looking to go to the next level of sales and profits, or for those wanting to exit, sell or Franchise the business at some point in the future.

Ideally you’ll have a team of 5 or more and have been trading for more than 3 years with a turnover of over £500,000 (we do take businesses and start-ups outside these parameters but it’s on a case by case basis)

This is an energising programme that requires you invest a minimum of 1 hour per day working on your business and coaching assignments. Paul puts simple-to-follow checklists at your fingertips so you can start growing and succeeding today.

The size of your business and the speed at which you want to move will dictate the type of Business Coaching program that is right for you:

  • Level 1 Weekly Coaching
  • Level 2 Fortnightly Coaching
  • Level 2 Monthly (only after a min of 3 months at level 1 or 2)

Paul’s Coaching is delivered face to face in the luxury of his Oxfordshire office or via the phone. Sessions are a maximum of 1.5 hours and include ongoing e-mail and telephone support in between.
