What would you say has been the biggest change that you’ve had since you started working with Paul? Well certainly the upturn in business and the growth of the business, it’s now 5 times the size it was when Paul first started working with us. How Has That Affected Your Profits As A Percentage Increase?

How many hours a week are you working now compared to what you were working before you started working with Paul?

Well, I still work very long hours but the difference is that it’s now my choice.

What advice would you give to someone thinking about working with a business coach and whether it will work for them?

I think that the answer to that question is yes, it will work for you, but you’ve got to work with it as well because obviously it’s not an easy life. You’ve got to commit to it, obey by the rules and that sort of thing and it’ll work for you.

What would you say has been the biggest change for you as a person since working with Paul?

There’s been so many changes in fairness, I think one of the greatest things that has changed about me is I’ve probably got more vision, I can see more clearly how much wealth can be created.

Are the topics that you’ve been working through with Paul difficult concepts to implement, to actually make happen?

My one big learning is that it’s not difficult; it’s just implementing these strategies.  You’ve just got to get off your arse and do it.

Will the strategies that you’re learning right now always provide value for your business?

I think you look back at the value you get from your business coach and anyone who’s been successful with business coaching will say that it was a valuable piece of information that they got from them.

If you look back to the start, before you started working with Paul and your expectations then compared to where you’ve come over the last two and half years, would you say that it’s met your expectations or vastly exceeded your expectations?

How would you summarise your experience working with Paul as your business coach?

I think that the concept that people have to understand is that business coaching is like anything in that you get out of it what you put into it but I always like the analogy of the sports coach – athletes in elite terms wouldn’t compete without coaches would they?

Would you recommend that everyone when they start a business to have a coach working with them to help them grow and develop their business from the start or do you think it’s something you take on after 4 or 5 years down the track?

I think you can take on one at any point in the development of your business but why not take it on at the beginning?
