Meet Paul’s Team

Angela Beaugeard Angela Beaugeard joined Paul in July 2005 as Practice Manager. Angela has a strong background in coaching and mentoring. Before her involvement in helping manage Paul’s busy office she worked in the software logistics industry helping to successfully launch, build and grow a UK branch of an established German Software Company from 2 to 15 employees before handing it back to the Germans.

Angela is an accredited Flippen Profile assessor, one of only 6 in the UK. The Flippen Profile is the psychometric tool designed to help you identify the key personal constraints that may be limiting your effectiveness both personally and professionally. The powerful technology is used by Angela as she offers post coaching support to Paul’s clients as they grow and develop...

Angela’s coaching and mentoring skills are highly valued in her role as The Oxford Wealth Club Manager, where she focuses on looking after all the members as well as managing the meeting venue and ensuring that Paul gets up in time – not an easy job!

Angela is also a keen runner and likes to listen to the birds doing their dawn chorus as she pounds the streets at 5:30 in the morning.

With a passion for people and true commitment to helping Paul’s clients get to the next level she is a valuable asset as well as a great friend to have.

Becky Tegg Becky Tegg joined Paul’s business coaching team in November 2005 as Marketing Manager and has gone from strength to strength running numerous events throughout Oxfordshire. Before joining Paul, Becky worked for one of the world's largest semiconductor distributors for over 10 years. She likes her stability! Her roles there included Northern European and European Marketing Manager and Sales Coordinator for the company’s second biggest

franchise, before taking redundancy following a company buy-out. (We like to think that we attracted her but she maintains it was the redundancy...)

Becky is the coordinator for the Wealth Clubs and looks after all aspects of Marketing as well as providing back up and logistical support to Angela. She has a larger car!

She is a fitness fan and works out for hours every week. Her favourite exercise is Kick-boxing so be careful when she asks you a question to come up with the right answer!

She and her husband Steve are expecting their first baby any time now and we all wish her well, while at the same time saying we’ll miss you!
